Return Policy

We want you to love your new parts! We know that sometimes your project changes or something is not working the way you thought it would. Never fear, we are here to help!

Unmodified product return policy

Products that have not been opened/plugged in/otherwise used can be replaced within 7 days. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, we will be happy to arrange a return for any unused and unmodified items

Modified product return policy

If your part is modified in some way and something goes wrong or you aren’t satisfied with your item, our fantastic team of dedicated technicians can help trouble shoot and offer advice to determine if your parts are defective. Technical issues can often be resolved without the need to ship things back to us.
In the event that something is determined to be a manufacturer error or failure due to defective materials, we will repair, return or exchange the item(s) as needed.

Damaged in Shipment

Please email right away. Include a description of the damages, and pictures of the damaged items/packaging. This information is very helpful to us in assessing how we package our orders and helps prevent similar problems in the future. We’ll get replacements for the damaged goods out to you right away.

General Return & Replacement Guidelines

  • Please arrange an RMA with us prior to sending any returns back to us.
  • Returns must include any accessories, documentation, etc. included with the product
  • Please do not remove, desolder, or modify any connected items before contacting Tech Support.
  • Eligibility for return of modified items is determined on a case-by-case basis; we can not guarantee eligibility for modified items.
  • Refund the amount as store credit that can be used to purchase other items at Silicon TechnoLabs Store.
  • Replacement orders can not be modified to include different or additional parts.
  • Silicon TechnoLabs will pay/refund shipping charges if the damage is found to be related to a manufacture error.
  • Returns for orders older than 30 days are eligible for replacement or store credit only.
  • We highly suggest all returns are sent via a trackable shipping method. Lost packages that are sent via non tracked methods are not guaranteed.
  • Please contact us before returning any package! We're reasonable people and we hope you are too! Contact us if you have any issues and we'll do our best to help you out!
